Horse assisted coaching

Many people strive to develop their ability to motivate and lead others. Unfortunately, in conventional seminars the participants theoretically deal with several contents and topics in closed rooms, without personally experiencing and practicing the desired behaviour. In 2015, that was the reason to develop together with Karolina Rusak (European Champion Western Riding 2016, APHA) a premium seminar for people that want to reflect and improve their leadership and motivating behaviour.

The main goals of this premium seminar are:

• Reflecting and developing the individual leadership and motivation behaviour, based on the honest and unfiltered feedback from horses
• Action-oriented experience of successful leadership and motivation through working with horses
• Sustainable transfer of the experiences and developed behaviours in the personal situation

To achieve an ideal seminar experience we work a maximum of six participants and four horses.
The seminar is conducted on selected stud farms throughout Europe.
